Eagle Mine puts U.P. on the map with commitment to safe and sustainable mining practices

Eagle Mine is an underground, high-grade nickel and copper mine located in Marquette, Michigan. The mine is expected to produce 440 million pounds of nickel and 429 million pounds of copper, as well as trace amounts of other minerals, over its estimated mine life of 2014 – 2025. Eagle Mine is frequently recognized for its outstanding safety measures and excellent company culture.

With a mission to produce high-quality nickel and copper with industry best practices in safety, environmental protection, and community engagement for modern mining, the leadership team at Eagle is committed to providing a safe place to work, protecting the environment, and being transparent with the community while leaving a positive impact.
